The early morning noise from plumbing above the second-floor room was quite disruptive, making sleep challenging. Additionally, the bed mattress felt overly firm, which could be uncomfortable for some.

Riad Al-Qurtubi was such a gem! The traditional Moroccan decor truly stole my heart. My room, the Deluxe Family Suite, was spacious and cool, fitting comfortably for six with two beautiful bathrooms. Cleanliness was top-notch here. I enjoyed mornings on the rooftop terrace overlooking the ocean. the sunrise views were breathtaking. Water pressure in the bathroom was fantastic, and I slept like a baby. One minor issue was finding the entrance, as it's a bit tucked away. The small sign near the door didn't make it easy, and I had to ask neighbors for directions. However, once there, the experience was worth it. The staff were engaging, we organized an airport taxi without hassle, and the breakfast hit the spot!

I enjoyed my stay in a comfortable room with a seating area. The daily breakfast included a variety of options, and I appreciated the view from the terrace. It added a pleasant touch to my mornings. The location required some effort to walk up to the riad, but the beauty around made it worthwhile. When I needed help with organizing my taxi, the staff were accommodating, which made a difference. I'm considering returning soon due to the overall experience.
The riad does not offer easy transportation from the port, making arrival inconvenient. Payment for meals was cash only, which came as a surprise. Breakfast was inconsistent, with limited options available. Some areas of service were unpredictable between visits, which affected the overall satisfaction.

Just a perfect match for a quick layover in Tangier with good price-value balance. The rooftop views during breakfast were amazing and added a special touch to my mornings. Make sure to have cash on hand for meals, as they don’t accept cards.

Staying here was a unique experience highlighted by the beautiful traditional design and welcoming staff. Breakfast on the rooftop, with a stunning view of the coastline, was a delightful start to each day. However, early morning plumbing noise and the firmness of the mattress affected sleep quality. Additionally, the location, while charming, is elevated and can be a bit of a hike to the hustle and bustle.
